Why should I sign up to the newsletter?

When you sign up to our newsletter you get access to our latest collections before anyone else, as well as promo codes to be used throughout the website on selected pieces.

Are purchases made on the Maakel website secure?

All orders placed on Maakel.com are secure. An SSL encryption system has been put in place to protect your personal information and payment details. Your bank details will not be stored on Maakel's servers.
In addition, all payments on our website are authenticated by the 3D Secure system for the following card types: Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
During payment, an additional step is added to verify the identity of the card holder and authenticate the transaction.

What is the quality of the diamonds used in Maakel jewelry?

With proven diamond expertise, we carefully select each diamond for its natural beauty. In the secrecy of our workshop, each diamond – whether 0.03 carats or 10 carats – is transformed into creations as timeless as they are contemporary.
At Maakel, diamonds weighing more than 0.30 carats are accompanied by a certificate provided by the Gemological Institute of America (GIA).
The unique character of each diamond is determined by four criteria, the 4Cs: Carat, Color, Clarity, Cut. Maakel only selects diamonds that meet the strictest standards of these criteria.

I ordered Maakel jewelry online. How will it be delivered?

All jewelry orders are shipped via UPS with insurance coverage based upon the value of each piece and require a signature upon delivery. Please ensure someone will be present to sign for your package at the time of delivery. UPS will not leave any packages unattended. We do not ship to PO Boxes.

I have my eye on a piece and I want it. How long do I have to wait to get it?

Please note that some of the items on the site are made to order. Check for the lead period of every item in the description section of each item to see how long it takes to have it shipped.

What should I do if I want to return my order?

Here at Maakel, we do our best to make sure that you’re 100% happy and satisfied with your purchase. If in the unlikely event that you are not happy, we offer exchanges or store credit within 7 days of receipt of purchase.   

To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, the merchandise must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, and in its original packaging. Store credit will be only given after management confirms that the merchandise returned is in its original condition.

To start an exchange, you can contact us at info@maakel.com. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Is it possible to engrave Maakel jewelry?

Maakel offers an engraving service to personalize most of our creations with a message, a name or a date (22 characters maximum). As all Maakel jewelry pieces are unique, some items cannot be engraved.
If you want to engrave a message, contact us at: info@maakel.com, provide us with the style name and custom details and we'll take it from there.
